Introduction

Purpose: These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of our websites (the "Sites") and their associated services (the "Services") at fry.world, frynetworks.com, fry.link, fry.watch, fry.market, depin.diy, and fry.farm.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using any of the Sites, or by trading any of our tokens, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Sites or trade our tokens.
Compliance: Your access to the Sites also signifies your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms outlined in our Whitepaper and other policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Modification Rights:
- Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms, our refund policy, and any other policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Sites.
- Whitepaper Changes: We also reserve the right to modify our Whitepaper at any time without community engagement or a vote in our Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) if we deem such changes necessary for the survival or improvement of the project.

FrysCrypto ($FRY) Decentralized Networks

Network Participation: The Site frynetworks.com facilitates participation in decentralized networks through the purchase of $FRY Miners (regardless of the miner type) and $FRY Nodes ("Nodes"), allowing users to partake in the ecosystem by contributing to the network's bandwidth and processing power.
Usage Agreement: You commit to using the Miners and Nodes in accordance with our guidelines, strictly prohibiting any illicit activities.
User Restrictions: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in our networks for any reason at all, including but not limited to suspected unauthorized or illegal use, without prior notice.

Device Purchase

General: When purchasing a Miner or Node (collectively referred to as "Network Devices") from frynetworks.com, you agree to abide by our usage guidelines, ensuring no fraudulent or illegal use.
Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period:
- Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your purchase of Network Devices within 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason.
- How to Cancel: To exercise the right to cancel, you must make a ticket in our Discord to inform us of your decision.
- Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and not later than 14 days after we are informed about your decision to cancel.
- Exclusions: The right to cancel does not apply to Network Devices that have been unsealed after delivery or used in any way that diminishes their value.
No Cancellation After 14 Days: After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, orders cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided, regardless of the payment method used, including PayPal.
Crypto Purchases: Purchases made with cryptocurrency are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, as outlined in our "Bought with Crypto Policy."

fry.watch: An Algorand blockchain explorer.
fry.market: An Algorand NFT marketplace.
depin.diy: Allows anyone to create a DePIN project on the Algorand blockchain.
fry.farm: An Algorand-based staking and farming platform.

Comprehensive General Terms

Modification Rights:
- Policy Changes: We may update or modify these Terms, the refund policy, and any other policies at any time without prior notice, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Sites.
- Whitepaper Changes: We reserve the right to modify our Whitepaper at any time without community engagement or a DAO vote if we deem it necessary for the survival or success of the project.
Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of our Sites will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, conducted in Minnesota.
Severability: Should any part of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Intellectual Property: All content on our Sites, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, is our intellectual property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User Conduct: Users are expected to use the Sites ethically and within the bounds of the law.
Privacy and Data Protection: Your use of our Sites is also subject to our Privacy Policy, detailing our data collection and handling practices.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- PayPal Transactions: Refunds for products purchased through PayPal are subject to our 14-day cooling-off period as stated above. After 14 days from the date of purchase, we cannot process any refunds, even if PayPal's refund policies and timeframes allow for it.
- Crypto Purchases: Purchases made with cryptocurrency are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, as outlined in our "Bought with Crypto Policy."
- Other Payment Methods: The same 14-day cooling-off period applies to all other payment methods. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after this period.
